One of the big name companies came out and spent a few minutes outside with our unit and told us we needed to replace our entire system at the estimated cost of $15,000 with a great explanation of why it was necessary. He was a great salesman. Not feeling good about this information, we found Coastal Air. I called them and they came out that same evening, examined the unit, explained and showed me what the problem was in detail and fixed our unit that same day. Jesse was pleasant and completely professional to make sure I understood everything he would be doing. Our AC was fixed for $1,600 vs the $15,000 we were quoted by the other company the day before. This is an honest company I am recommending to everyone I know. I would give 10 stars if I could."
