"I had Coastal Breeze come out to give me a second estimate on my AC not working. The first estimate showed my compressor and fan motor failing and needing replacement. Even though those parts were under warranty, the labor was bid at over $2300.00 with a discount. Today Coastal Breeze sends out their technician Alex and he did an incredible diagnostic inspection on my system. I had told him what the first technician found and by the end of Alex's diagnostic inspection, he verified my compressor and fan were working properly, but my freon was very low. He recommended adding freon to our system and a dye to check for leaks (Which Alex highly suspects). They will come out in the next 3-4 weeks to check the system for leaks and go from there. My AC is working again and the cool air is flowing like a Coastal Breeze! So far, I'm very impressed by this company and the very fair price they charged for todays services. By the way, I called today and they arrived within 3 hours. Most other AC repair companies didn't answer or had there calendars full three months out. I highly recommend Coastal Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning. I think you will too."

Jesse was quick to reply, got in every rental within a week, and promptly delivered a detailed report on each m unit’s condition and recommended maintenance. And each tenant contacted me to compliment his courtesy during scheduling, and the quality / professionalism on the actual service appointment. One of the big name companies came out and spent a few minutes outside with our unit and told us we needed to replace our entire system at the estimated cost of $15,000 with a great explanation of why it was necessary. He was a great salesman. Not feeling good about this information, we found Coastal Air. I called them and they came out that same evening, examined the unit, explained and showed me what the problem was in detail and fixed our unit that same day. Jesse was pleasant and completely professional to make sure I understood everything he would be doing. Our AC was fixed for $1,600 vs the $15,000 we were quoted by the other company the day before. This is an honest company I am recommending to everyone I know. I would give 10 stars if I could."
