We're in the thick of a new build in Oceanside, and this is what the early stages actually look like. Exposed framing, rough electrical runs, subfloor down, materials staged and ready. It's organized chaos - and we know exactly where it's headed.
New construction is one of those jobs where the decisions you make early on define everything that comes after. Get the framing tight, run the wiring clean, and make sure every trade knows the plan. That foundation work is what keeps the finished product looking and performing the way it should.
What we like about being involved from the ground up is that nothing gets hidden behind drywall that shouldn't be. We can see every wire run, every wall cavity, every structural detail before it gets closed in. That matters a lot when you're building something that's meant to last.
Oceanside has a specific environment to account for - coastal air, moisture, the kind of conditions that put cheap work to the test fast. So material choices, sealing details, and ventilation planning aren't afterthoughts here. They're baked in from day one.
This one is moving along nicely. More updates to come as we push toward the next phase.
